Quinn Content Design has supported The HIVE Young People’s Centre in Chard with website development, digital systems, staff resources, forms, reporting and ongoing improvements designed to make information easier to manage and access.
The Brief
Create a clearer and more practical digital setup for The HIVE, improving how information, resources and online services are accessed by young people, families, staff and partners.
What I Did
Developed the website, protected staff area, forms, policy resources and reporting tools, and implemented WooCommerce for the HHH holiday programme with bespoke code allowing parents to select the individual days they wanted to book.
The Result
A more joined-up digital setup that makes information easier to find, improves internal access to resources and supports practical online processes such as holiday-club bookings, while giving The HIVE a stronger platform for future development.
